is one of my favorite sites. It covers the "behind the scenes" of the fashion world. They recently did a photo shoot inside Gabrielle Chanel's pied-a-terre. It has remained untouched and still sits above the Chanel store in Paris. Interesting fact: Coco Chanel never slept there, she stayed down the street at The Ritz!
The current trend is matte, wavy hair... This past year it has been a more structured and shiny curl. I am guilty of such. Now a very natural wave is in. Loose, soft, "I had a great day at the beach" look. Whether your hair has a natural wave or not, this is an easy look to achieve. Don't forget to use a wave spray. As you know I love Oribe's Apres Beach. To finish, air dry or use an iron on just the ends.
I love this! QR codes, or quick response codes are cell phone readable bar codes. These are used because they can store a lot of information and can be read quickly. They are in every magazine lately... QR codes can link you to sites, specials, articles, addresses. They have been widely used in Asia for a long time, and are now making a strong presence in the U.S. Download a QR reader to your smart phone. If you click on QR you can download the app from iTunes. Now you can read my QR code above!
I'm trying to think of all the QR codes I could make and how I can use them...The possibilities are endless!
Here are Chanel's 2012 spring nail colors. They are named April, May and June. June looks similar to the Pantone color of the year Tangerine Tango I posted about previously... Spot on Chanel!

AVF
Fast forward 10 years, and she now has her own venture. Alexandra von Furstenberg, AVF. AVF is a collection of modern designed acrylic tables and accessories. They are quite amazing and the neon colors look like they are actually glowing. I love every piece.
I live in Austin, Tx where the following videos were filmed, but they have gained national recognition due to it's captivating story. I kept noticing tweets by my dearest friend in Austin about Ben Breedlove. Her tweets kept mentioning these videos to check out, and I knew a recommendation coming from her meant they had touched her and in turn would touch many viewers as well...
I would like to add that Ben Breedlove passed on Christmas day. His parents found these videos after he had passed. This is not meant to be dark, but an inspiration for life and love... Just as his name suggests, breed love! Happy New Year! Here's to celebrating life and a new year in 2012!
